Popup Box: Scientists at Pennsylvania State University studied the caloric intake of twenty-four lean women who ate either a regular chicken lunch, or one that had been "preloaded" with water. Women who ate diluted chicken casseroles or chicken soups consumed about 30 percent fewer calories than their control counterparts.
